Refunds/ Exchanges

Due to Covid-19, no returns or exchanges will apply. (Unless defective/ damaged item or inaccurate order.)

To be eligible for an exchange, item must be defective or damaged upon arrival. You'll have 3 days to contact us at blushbymb@yahoo.com and we will be happy to replace the item and make it right. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with proof of defect/ damage (photos). 

To start a return, you can contact us at blushbymb@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
